Talked me through an issue I'm having with a PC I built myself, concluded that I'd already done everything that a computer repair shop would've done to troubleshoot the issue and recommended that I contact the motherboard manufacturer for assistance since it was the type of issue that would've been disproportionately expensive for him to fix. Basically it was just nice that he didn't try to rip me off by asking me to come in for a service that he would've had to overbill me for and was honest about that.“
