“I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I have used them so many times and every experience has been amazing! When my I pad stopped charging I took it in to have it repaired. This is my baby I entrusted them with. Unfortunately it was not the charging port as originally thought. It was actually the motherboard. I was sent several texts updating me as they were diagnosing. Even after it was determined that it was not worth fixing the sweet girl working on it managed to get it charged for me before pick up. When I went to pick it up credit card in hand I was told there was” no charge, diagnostic is free” Who would install a new port finding it didn’t work continued to spend time diagnosing and then cared enough to mess with it to get it to charge….and not charge anything for their time! Wow! Incredible! It feels good to be able to trust the people you are untrusting with such an important part of your life. If I could give them 10 stars I would 😀”
