My repair person called the day before to tell me when he would be coming. He arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. My aging copier is up and running and I am very happy. Will definitely use Marco again.
Our modern Konica Minolta, Biz-Hub flashed an error signal and quit working! Josh called me the day I put in a repair call and went over what was and wasnt working. He felt he needed to order 2 items from the factory and would be out in a couple of days, as soon as they arrived. The warehouse was a bit slow in getting the parts to him, but he was out as soon as he had them in hand. He was pleasant, went right to work, had the new parts on in a short time (with no screws left on the table!!! lol.) Bad news: the ribbon he brought was faulty and wouldnt work. He checked with the warehouse. They told him they were out of this part. He called to update me on the situtation....read full review
