“Sarah created a custom hair topper for me and I absolutely love it! I have worn it every day since I picked it up. Sarah was so lovely to work with. She was fabulous through the entire process. The time it took me to do my hair everyday has totally been cut! I have received so many compliments on my hair and absolutely no one knows that it’s not my hair; that’s the best part. And another benefit is that the topper only needs to be washed once a month; and Sarah will even wash and style it for you if you want. I will definitely refer her to anyone. Again, she was an absolute pleasure to work with!!!“

“I personally have not visited this salon as I live in Austin, TX but I wanted to get my mother-in-law a gift certificate to this salon because she lives close and loves getting pedicures. I rang the salon and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ben Belde who is a dream! He helped me get the gift certificate and when I gave him the address to mail it to he offered to hand deliver it!! Can you believe this?? I didn't know this kind of service still existed but let me tell you, it is alive and well at arabella salon and I cannot wait to visit my mother-in-law so we can go together in person and I can experience this amazing first class customer service irl. “My colorist Hannah was the best I've ever had. She helped me understand different options and which one would produce my desired result. I finally decided to go with a full foil and she did a fantastic job answering all my questions as she worked her magic. She was also very sweet, easy to talk to, and interesting. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pricing was more than I expected. The website said that a full foil would be $85 but because I have thick hair and it was shoulder length the price was more than twice that. I haven't had my hair foiled in a long time so the price surprised me but overall, it was a good experience and a great job.“
