Stephen is the kindest man ever besides doing a fabulous job. He definitely shines with doing color and is very precise to hear exactly what you want. I’ve been with Steve for 20 + years and he has never steered me wrong. His prices are insanely affordable

Stephens salon is so nice and relaxing. He did a spiral perm on my hair and it took amazingly, I definitely recommend coming here to anyone for hair cuts, hair color. Etc. such a cute little salon.

BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN MY HAIR CUT! Located in Roseville, MN, Stephen not only makes sure he understands the exact look you want in your suggested hairstyle, he takes the time to detail and is very personable in knowing by inquiring AND knowing by the 46 year’s experience he’s had cutting hair and being recognized with various awards throughout his career. I walked into his shop yesterday upset at WHAT I HAD DONE TO MY OWN HAIR and when I walked out I was once again LOVING MY NEW COLOR AND CUT!!!
