While the color service did not turn out as I had hoped, I appreciated that they refunded the service. I was happy with my haircut, and the staff was kind and professional throughout the experience.
I personally have not visited this salon as I live in Austin, TX but I wanted to get my mother-in-law a gift certificate to this salon because she lives close and loves getting pedicures. I rang the salon and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ben Belde who is a dream! He helped me get the gift certificate and when I gave him the address to mail it to he offered to hand deliver it!! Can you believe this?? I didn't know this kind of service still existed but let me tell you, it is alive and well at arabella salon and I cannot wait to visit my mother-in-law so we can go together in person and I can experience this amazing first class customer service irl.
