I did a box dye and it wrecked my hair. It was dry, fuzzy, so damaged, so I went to Arabella and Betsy worked with my hair for 2 1/2 months and she had me use this product called Olaplex and it did wonders to my hair and we highlighted! Betsy does a very nice job for a color and cut. I usually do something a little different each time. She is always ready to take on a challenge. I enjoy the conversation we have and feel very fortunate to have found her.
