Donna does a great job of giving you the cut that you want! I first came to The Look Salon because I wanted to donate my hair to kids, and this salon gives you a 25% discount when you donate your qualifying hair from the haircut. I was so impressed with Donna, that I left my prior hairdresser to switched to Donna. She is very talented and listens to what her clients want!
Some waiting was involved although I had made an appointment. There was only person working was the owner manager Donna. Gave me an excellent cut, very pleased with it but think I might need a cut sooner than 8 weeks. Def going back. Just hope she’s ready for me and isn’t juggling 2-3 customers simultaneously
I looked up hair salons that offer hair donation services and The Look came on the top of my list. I took a leap of faith and decided to try a new place with good reviews. AND DONNA DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL. She did an amazing job easing my daughter anxiety and shyness by talking to her and asking her what she wanted for a hair cut after donation. My daughter was comfortable and engaged with Donna. Similarly, Donna did a fantastic job with my hair cut after discussing my lifestyle and how to maintain the look. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, big and small, interested in getting a hair cut, donating ponytails, or both. Thank you, Donna!
