“This place is THE BEST. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. My cat had to come in suddenly for something kind of serious so they worked around appointments to see him. Dr H. and Dr N. both were SO NICE AND GENUINE. I was getting emotional worried about my cat and one of the reception lady gave me a room alone to contain myself. The vet techs explained what was happening as well. Never experienced such kind and genuine staff. They genuinely care and help your pet in every way they can.“

“I started coming to Mounds View because a friend of mine was a tech there and I knew the love of my life Mr. Peepers would be in good hands. While my friend no longer works there, the care my pets have received at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing! So far, my cats have seen Dr. Olsson and Dr. Femrite and both of these women are gems of humanity! Dr. Olsson helped me pull my cat/BFF Mr. Peepers from the brink of death when he had pancreatitis and a skin infection and Dr. Femrite went above and beyond to rescue my sweet saint of a calico Adeana after I had a bad experience at another vet. The whole staff is so great when I come in and I’m so grateful for all they have done for me and my critters!“

“I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)“

We have an 11 year old lab, an 8 year old cat and 2 little boys, you can only imagine the calls we have had to make for all of them combined and we are so grateful to have such a trustworthy place to call at a moments notice when we need help for our fur babies. “I am so thankful to have this team as my dogs primary care vet! I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with them and their team. I enjoy the ability to go back to the room with my dog for her appointments and the team is knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog sees Dr. O’Brien who is so incredibly kind and always explains things exceptionally well. I appreciate their transparency with costs - my pup will be needing a teeth cleaning in the near future and they were very transparent with me that the cost would be higher than other vets, I believe due to them having a veterinary anesthesiologist on staff. I really appreciate the heads up and knowledge they provide. The students are phenomenal as well! I would like to at least give a heads up to those who are unfamiliar with this clinic - this is a teaching facility. The students at the UMN veterinary school gain their practice here and with that, appointments may take longer as to give the students their opportunity to learn. They are always supervised by a licensed vet who will double check anything to be certain, but the students do a fantastic job!

I’ve also utilized their urgent care/emergency care option as well (as many pet owners might have to) and it is also nothing short of amazing. My poor pup injured her back a month or two ago and they got us in mere hours later and got to the bottom of her pain right away and promptly got us her prescriptions to help her out. Not to mention, when she had to be given a shot, they took her to the back and met us in the lobby and to my surprise, she was given a UMN Vet bandana “because everyone loves her so much” which brought so much joy to me during a day filled with a lot of stress and worry.

I cannot thank this team enough for always going the extra mile. I’m thankful my dog loves going to the vet and I’m always happy to allow them to take any extra time they need to use my pup as a teaching opportunity as I bet it’s fairly uncommon to get a dog that loves the vet as much as mine.“
