“A few years ago I went with some ‘storm chasers’ to replace my roof, siding, and gutters that were damaged. I should have went with some local business like ABC Seamless (Sartell) instead… they touched up some of the ‘other guys’ work and installed some color matched gutters. Looks awesome and now my landscaping won’t get washed out when it rains! Lesson learned! Stay with the local companies and families that are invested in your community!

“What impressed me the most about Rival Roofing was when I called for an estimate, the owner Ramiro answered the phone. JJ Arellano came out to assess the roof and quote me a price. Once they began tearing off the roof, it was discovered that the entire decking was ruined (my house is 80 years old). JJ sent real time photos and called immediately to discuss the additional repairs. He was compassionate and caring when I cried and came back with financing options and a fair price. Overall, working with both Ramiro and JJ was a great experience. My roof is rock solid and I feel better knowing it will be keeping me warm and dry for many years to come.“

“I called Zablocki for assistance with a leak around my chimney flashing. Mark came out promptly to inspect the issue and identified a few potential problem areas in the flashing. Since he couldn't determine the exact source of the leak, he chose not to charge for the diagnostic visit, which was both unexpected and greatly appreciated.

They provided a fair estimate for replacing the chimney flashing and were able to get me scheduled quickly. Cody completed the repairs, and the finished work looks excellent. I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs and the overall experience.

“We worked with Patrick at BD Exteriors to have him assess our roof and provide an estimate for replacing our shingles. He was very thorough and pointed out all the steps their crews adhere to and perform in installing a roofing system that would be certified and warranted by Certainteed. After receiving the estimate we had some questions about upgrading to class 4 shingles and also about some color options and Patrick responded promptly. He was patient with us as we made the final decision on class 4 shingles and color. Patrick provided an estimated timeframe for installation and called the week prior to the install date to confirm.

On the installation day, Matt arrived with a crew ready to begin work at 7:00 AM. Some structural issues with the original roof decking were identified and promptly fixed. The crew did a great job of completing the roofing installation and performed a thorough cleanup after words. We are very pleased with the results and the new shingles really dress up the curb appeal of our home.
