Kelly was very diligent at making everything perfect! I had a leak from the rain and he went up there same day and thought he knew what the problem was. After thinking about it overnight he realized that it probably wasn’t my roof but my Stucco. Before replacing my roof he wanted to pin point where the problem was located. He came back and took a hose to my house to find exactly where it was leaking. He found it was leaking from my stucco. Evan fixed the problem for me and he went above and beyond what he was originally supposed to do. Customer service was amazing and fast. They were knowledgeable and hard workers. I would definitely go to them again if more problems come up!
I cannot give enough good words about Pat, the owner of Higher Dimensions. He is so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining our options for our roof replacement. Of course, two other neighbors had recommened Pat/HIgher Dimensions. About 3 years later, a tree had crashed through our garage roof from a wind storm and Pat was right on it. Crew came out and cut the red oak tree trunk and removed, all while it was raining! The crew were drenched but continued to get the job done and prevent further damage! On another note, we were thinking about getting gutters & guards. Pat spent so much time explaining the pros & cons of the different types. My husband and I were very impressed with Pat’s knowledge and his expertise with the different types of gutters/guard for our region of the country. I have no hesitation to recommend Pat at Higher Dimentions for his honesty and true willingness to help the consumer. Furthermore, Pat is a Veteran who served for our country and he gives back by helping other vets by providing a new roof for their homes. He is a truly decent human being!
