Johnny showed up when he said he would, he was curtious to me and respectful of my property. He did an effecient job of cleaning my dryer duct and checked to make sure it was done right. The work required him to go up on my roof. I would call that excellent!

I closed on a new house and was heading out of town that afternoon. I realized that the ducts desperately needed cleaning after almost 70 years of pets and having never been cleaned. On a long shot I called Johnny at Ultimate Air Duct Cleaning explaining my situation and scheduled a future appointment. Moments later Johnny called back explaining that he rearranged some scheduling and was able to come before I left town. When he arrived he clearly explained what was going to be done and how.
