Can’t even talk to a real person. Only AI. That’s ridiculous. Can’t get the info I’m looking for and the service fee is outrageous. Lots of other companies that don’t 3rd party their jobs and are much more fair on pricing.

One of the best things I have done is find Larry. He has worked on 2 of my refrigators. very qualified, prompt and when there were other problems was immediately responsive and solved the issue, Recomend him to everyone

I contacted Larry to see if he could replace a water filter housing on my refrigerator. He said to send him a picture of it and he would get back to me. I sent him a picture and he said he didn't even know what he was looking at. So I sent him some more pictures and he finally got the idea. He got back to me a week later rambling on about how hard it was to get parts so I ordered it myself and got it in a few days. I just called him back and was explaining that I had the part. He said he had no idea of what I was talking about and hung up on me. Don't waste your time with this buffoon!
