Have had very good experience with other Great Clips locations. First time at this one and got in shortly after arriving. Stylist was calm and knowledgeable. I didn't have anything done too fancy but have gotten compliments.

They were polite, but didn't feel like they actually cared about how my hair looked. I ended up with a slightly lopsided haircut that didn't even look like the reference photos I brought. Felt like a conveyor line they're trying to get through

I like getting my haircut here. Since the pandemic, I’ve been finding it hard to find time to come during the new hours (M-F 10am-6pm). I’ve tried to get home from work early and head over, but the waitlist was full, and even though a stylist was available, they weren’t allowed to take me. Maybe corporate could update their policy to allow walk ins when stylists aren’t serving customers.
