They have a great positive learning community which I have heard is not always the case at other martial arts gyms. I have never left discouraged or injured. I highly recommend their Women Empowered program and think every woman should take some self-defense classes just like everyone should learn how to swim.“

“Couldn’t recommend Raberge’s leadership martial arts more! There’s honestly not a single thing I would change about our experience. Our whole family is involved. It’s so fun to get strong, practice and learn together as a family. I love how confident our children are becoming and the dedication to advancing up in ranks is so fun to watch. Not to mention how awesome it is getting a workout in as a family a few days a week! We have a family goal to all become black belts in the next few years. The passion and positive environment are contagious. The words of wisdom and encouragement we get from the staff and our peers is so motivating. “Also went here for platinum yoga (they share the space with USA karate!) we did a vinyasa style class, The instructor and owner Denae was so sweet and welcoming. My boyfriend and I do yoga occasionally but not enough to be called yogis, and she was very supportive when we tried new poses. They also offered modifications which was great! Such a cute community they have here but challenging class as well!!“
