In a world with many problems, Master Kerry is one of the solutions. As a parent, what I see when I watch his classes, is the the kids pay attention to his lessons - discipline, respect, caring for yourself, and caring for others. It is not about fighting...but if you must fight, you may defend yourself.

I have actually NOT taken a karate class here, but I have taken a few yoga classes and boot camp classes here (where's the listing for Platinum Yoga?) David is a great instructor, and I loved all the classes I took here. It's an incredibly welcoming and supportive community! However, it's a tad far for my normal workout spot, so I don't get here regularly =/

My wife and I have two daughters 11 and 14 years old. It was our wish that they learn how to defend themselves. My 14-year old did not show any interest in Karate and did not want to join. My 11-year old daughter started, eagerly, taking Karate lessons from Master Kruckow, about 1½ years ago, at the Burnsville location.
