Pete and Mindy at Eagle Inspection are the gold standard for inspections! We have used Pete now twice on two different homes. Both times he allowed me to join the inspection and I learned an immense amount talking through things with him. He delivers his reports on the same day and they are very detailed with pictures, explanations, and oftentimes specific fixes. We've used his reports to successfully negotiate inspection contingencies, and I am so thankful for his knowledge. Very easy to work with- I sent them a few pictures of the patio that needed lifting/ leveling and they quoted me a price. I agreed to the price, they came out when they said they would, did the work, cleaned up and sent me an invoice. The patio looks great and now sheds water!

Bought a new place a few years back and the lawn was in pretty rough shape. Patches and spots where it wouldn't grow, dandelions and weeds. I've been working with Ryan for a long time. I ran a childcare comp that was hard on carpet from spills and unfortunately when babies got sick. I also rescue dogs and thats a challenge on carpet as well. He has always done amazing work and help with stains from kids and DOGS the urine smells too. We just moved into another home and we have new carpet but the last few years they look run down already and dirty . And the DOGS!!!! Ryan came to the rescue again and they look brand new and so plush again. They have also done vent blow outs and duct cleaning. We just love C and R and recommend them always. Engstrom does beautiful work and, equally important, follows up when something isn’t quite right. We had an issue that didn’t show up until several months after the installation and they stood behind it and got it fixed. We are very happy with the finished product and used them on a second project which also turned out beautifully.

We had a sump drainage problem at our old house that Tom had fixed. When we moved into our new house, we had the same problem. Essentially the original pipelines aren’t long enough and you end up getting a wet spot in your lawn. Also, by not running the pipelines far enough, your sump pump will go off more which can lead to premature wear and failure of the sump pump because the water is basically recycled through with nowhere else to go. Tom and his team did an excellent job with the new French drain/sump pipelines. He fixed the wet spot issues in both houses. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team if you have drainage issues since they are probably the only people within the twin cities that know how to do a French drain properly and grade it so that the water flows to where it needs to go, away from the house. Communication was excellent. Tom kept us in the loop and got back to us in a timely manner. Updating us with pictures and plans throughout the extent of the project.

Called this morning with water softener questions and concerns. Kent in the office was super helpful and arranged for Andy to come out this afternoon. Andy was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We discussed our current concerns and also walked through some bathroom and shower remodel questions and found Andy most helpful!
