Pete and Mindy at Eagle Inspection are the gold standard for inspections! We have used Pete now twice on two different homes. Both times he allowed me to join the inspection and I learned an immense amount talking through things with him. He delivers his reports on the same day and they are very detailed with pictures, explanations, and oftentimes specific fixes. We've used his reports to successfully negotiate inspection contingencies, and I am so thankful for his knowledge. I first ordered HfL meals "to try" over a year ago. I'm very happy with the quality, taste and value, and have favorites in every menu segment. Delivery was so convenient while working from home, and I've now started picking up my meals as I transition back to the office, with everything going smoothly.
We had a sump drainage problem at our old house that Tom had fixed. When we moved into our new house, we had the same problem. Essentially the original pipelines aren’t long enough and you end up getting a wet spot in your lawn. Also, by not running the pipelines far enough, your sump pump will go off more which can lead to premature wear and failure of the sump pump because the water is basically recycled through with nowhere else to go. Tom and his team did an excellent job with the new French drain/sump pipelines. He fixed the wet spot issues in both houses. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team if you have drainage issues since they are probably the only people within the twin cities that know how to do a French drain properly and grade it so that the water flows to where it needs to go, away from the house. Communication was excellent. Tom kept us in the loop and got back to us in a timely manner. Updating us with pictures and plans throughout the extent of the project.

Very easy to work with- I sent them a few pictures of the patio that needed lifting/ leveling and they quoted me a price. I agreed to the price, they came out when they said they would, did the work, cleaned up and sent me an invoice. The patio looks great and now sheds water!

Rose did a wonderful job on my nails, they look so natural. This was my first time here and it was one of the best experiences I have had in a nail salon. We had a clog in the drain line affecting the whole house. After countless hours and $$ spent trying to do it on my own, Viking had the water flowing again in about an hour. These guys care, know what they are doing and fair priced. I will recommend to everyone!

I was having very frequent headaches and my shoulders and neck were in pain all of the time. Dr. Ben took x-rays and immediately could tell what was wrong!
I am still doing rehab and having adjustments, but I have come so far in a short amount of time, It is not a quick fix, but HealthSource has helped so much. They are very good at communicating and making immediate adjustment based on how I am feeling with each visit. I highly recommend them!
