Have been a customer since September of 2020. Always been pleased with the product and the packaging. Ordered many small quantities from them from $40 to $600 of sheet aluminum. Their customer service is prompt and excellent. Very Pleased.
Placed an order with Midwest Steel and Aluminum probably much smaller than what they are normally used too. They kept communicating with me as my order progressed. Appreciate it being an individual placing a small order and getting treated well.
I got a little worried after reading these reviews after I placed an order for my company. Plates arrived only a couple days later then I expected which is probably normal for this order.The order was correct and the large aluminum plates were better then I expected!!! will use Midwest again on the next order.
