We hired Erickson Construction in early 2024 to complete a basement renovation that would included a 3/4 bathroom, spare bedroom, an office/second bedroom, and a custom home gym. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and value that Jesse, the owner, has provided and bought to our home. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Erickson Construction’s professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Erickson Construction prides themselves on being well organized through many forms of communication (in person, text msgs, and up to do calendar invites). The calendar invites allowed us to plan our days when 3rd party contractors were in and out of our home during the day. Erickson Construction were very responsive to our questions and concerns (always within 24 hrs), ensuring we felt involved every step of the way. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Jesse took the time to understand our vision and desire to add a home gym with a full glass wall with a sliding door. Every detail was meticulously addressed when there was miscommunication and set backs but in the end, the final result exceeded our expectations. Our home gym is something we are so proud of. They were so helpful with suggestions on my remodel on the bathroom and the patio area! Completed both projects on time and under budget and it was a great experience. They always shared some options as it was going so I could choose what I wanted. I Finally found a contractor that was on top it with customer experience being their top priority.
