Faucet cartridge in my bathtub went out on Christmas Day leading to a faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Tried to get the faucet cartridge out but it was stuck, so instead of causing damage I called it a day and turned the water line off and called Tonna the next morning. All phone staff were pleasant to speak with; I was able to get assistance within a couple hours due to a cancellation. Hunter arrived and was able to quickly remove the stuck cartridge and replace it with a new one. He took the time to explain and show common issues with them and tips on how to approach issues in the future. He also answered a few other plumbing related questions around my house, all in under 30 minutes! Very pleased with his service and price, definitely would recommend.
