My mother passed somewhat unexpectedly and Kozlak was there when we weren't prepared. Daniel was constantly available in those first days where there is so much to be done that we didn't even consider.
The team there handled so much that I often felt like I should be doing more. And whenever I asked to go a little 'off book' and do something different, they said 'of course'.
Every single person we spoke with after noted that it was the best service they had ever attended. Even post funeral, we felt supported and cared for. I hope to never plan another funeral, but would absolutely choose them again should the need arise.
Five stars is not enough for Kozlak-Radulovich, they deserve 10 stars at a minimum. What they did for my brother Jeff's celebration of life service absolutely stunned us! Exceeded expectations by a mile!!! They went far and above anything we have ever experienced before in any memorial service. They really listened to us and seemed genuinely interested to know who Jeff was; then made displays in the room that reflected Jeff's interests and personality with pictures, memorabilia, and more. They had to have spent hours and hours on getting it ready! It was like a showcase of Jeff's life. He would have absolutely loved it!
