“When have you ever used words like “exceptional”, ”extraordinary”, or ”remarkable” for work done on your home? I had to use Google to come up with enough words to describe our roofing project with Craftsmen Home Improvement. There’s definitely a reason for all the 5-star reviews.
Customer service is first and foremost at Craftsmen. Our first contact was with Jim, to talk about the project and what Craftsmen could do. He was never rushed, never annoyed with our unknowledgeable questions and spent all the time needed so we were comfortable.
When we asked for a quote, we got biographies of the main people we would be working with and a detailed quote following the format from the insurance estimator. Plus the Lifetime Labor Warranty.
When we chose Craftsmen, we promptly got an email from them, welcoming us and an attached document “What to Expect with Your Roofing Project” with all kinds of helpful information.
We were concerned about damage to our new driveway. So we only made a comment, but it was out with the dumpster and in with a lighter garbage trailer. Then there was the daily clean-up: nothing was left out at night, it was all put away or taken away. And not only did they blow the leaves away from the house, they cleaned the whole yard and took away my husband’s raking job for the season. Needless to say, after the final clean-up, the yard was more pristine than before the job was started!
Regarding the actual roof, the crew came out to inspect the job and discovered several items that had been left off the insurance estimate – an additional $6,000 find. The crew worked early and late to beat the weather. And the roof looks great.
Staff was always available to answer questions-I don’t remember ever being put on hold.
I know our first stop if we need new siding or windows in the future. (I was not paid for this review!)“

“The crew that took out my old driveway did a great job. The last company that paved my driveway did not use enough class 5 before paving. The driveway also had crooked sides. They straightened the sides and dug out the clay and added the class 5 necessary.
The crew that installed the asphalt were very good also. Watching them work was amazing. They truly ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone knew their job and was very good at it.
I also asked them to remove some concrete and asphalt in another area after the original contract was signed. They agreed and did it for a very good price.“

“We were very pleased to work with Robert’s Residential Remodeling. Our project was a complete remodel of bathroom on the first floor of our 1924 bungalow; from the studs. We had seen the job they did remodeling our friend’s bathroom in their older home. We chose them, in part, because of their initial estimate. It was detailed unlike the estimates we got from other remodeling companies. The project was completed in the time frame discussed. Change orders were accounted for and carefully explained. The project came in on budget. Working with project manager/designer Chris Baumann was great. “We did a two story home addition with Titus Contracting. They did an amazing job making sure everything was covered and thought of in detail. They gave us plenty of time to go through all the documents, review them, ask questions, adjust plans. Titus' designer Ksusha gave multiple ideas to our mudroom/laundry, bedroom/closet/bathroom addition, and their 3D visualization tool really helped us see the space beyond a drawing on paper.

One part that really stood out were the carpenters. Dillon (project supervisor and lead carpenter) and Brian (project manager) really treated the project like their own home. They looked at what the designers wanted, and what looked best once the project was actually being built, then combined the two to make it look great. For example, we had a transition doorway from our addition to the existing living room that Dillon took the time to adjust a make it look amazing. Furthermore, when we saw an electric fireplace mount was off-center by about two inches, Brian had a carpenter adjust it the next day. Titus had the mindset the entire time that they wanted to work with us to make our addition right. Their subcontractors were always respectful and on time with their work. After our project was completed, we noticed a small air leak between the dryer vent and dryer letting cold winter air in. I contacted Titus, and they had the HVAC subcontractor out to fix it (no questions asked). Titus really wanted to exceed our expectations, and their team is setup to make it happen.

Ardmor Construction did an excellent job on our house and garage. They had both done in one day, very professional, courteous workers, my gosh aside from amazing professional work, both house and garage are amazing. The workers who put the roof on were extremely courteous and friendly and did an amazing job with our roof. I still go out and look at how nice my roof looks 4 years later.

But what really impressed me is how well they cleaned up. By the time they left before 7pm, the only way we knew they'd been here at all is by the new roof and the dumpster in the driveway waiting to go. They also came back the next day and looked for more clutter they may have missed and had the dumpster removed.

Seriously professional company and we have a 30 year guarantee on our roof, I am impressed with how well it looks now. If you need a new roof, look up Ardmor. They work with your insurance adjusters and with you to get you the best possible outcome. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
