Jake was excellent to work with from the start! We didn't have to lift a finger between the insurance company and the contractors. Our home was built in 1880, and the care taken with the roof, gutters, and paint was A++. We are so grateful to Elite Restoration Pro for treating us like family and giving us what feels like a new home!

I am writing this review for a new employee of Elite, Mackinzie McCamant. I worked with her in the fall of 2023 to put a new roof & gutters on our house while she was working as a sales/project manager with her former employer (whom I will not name). The company she was formerly employed with is a bit of a mess, to say the least, but Mackinzie was a shining star in that situation. My wife and I needed a new roof on our home due to some storm damage (and age) and I knew just who to call! Jake Bebeau and his team are amazing at what they do! Not only are they super helpful in navigating the insurance claim process (I literally didn't have to do much of anything), but Jake was super prompt in providing updates on the project and timelines. They were out here at our home same day to look at our roof and provide direction. Within a week or two, we had a new roof.
