Every aspect of our experiences at this clinic have been exceptional. The front desk staff are always warm and inviting, the vet techs are caring and competent. Dr. Angle and Dr. Kuebelbeck (the two veterinarians we’ve had the most contact with) are phenomenal! Not once have we felt rushed during a visit or when calling for advice. We always feel like our pet’s concerns are heard, validated, and addressed fully. The whole clinic team has repeatedly gone above and beyond to provide the highest quality care to us and our pet, Sadie. We are very lucky our community has this clinic! “Oak Grove Animal Hospital is a wonderful vet! I trust them 100% with my cat! She had some urinary issues pop up, and the emergency vet told us to follow up with a regular vet for further treatment. I called Monday morning, and they were able to get me in for a consultation an hour later. They found she would need surgery, and we were able to get that scheduled for Friday. They called to check on her several times after the surgery as well as being available to ease my mind about the healing process. So glad we decided to use this vet for all her care!“
“The staff of the Coon rapids pet hospital are some of the kindest people in the animal care business that I have met. They are very thorough with the care they give my pit bull and explain everything to me in terms I can understand. They treat my pit bull like the celebrity he thinks he is and has to run in the vet like a tornado to say hello to everyone. “Great staff! My dog loves coming here. I know she's in great hands no matter if she's there for a wellness visit or when she's feeling sick.Our rabbits don't enjoy going anywhere ? but I know they're in good hands at Douglas Animal Hospital. My old man bun (10 years) needed some tests and the staff made sure nothing was causing him too much stress. ? I trust this vet with all our furry family members.“
“I was so grateful we were able to get our bengal cat because someone else had canceled. She had been really sick for 3 days. She was so lethargic I thought she was dying. They were able to diagnose her bladder infection in a timely manner. Prices comparable to our normal vet.Previously in the week we had taken her to an emergency vet. “It’s been years since I have been here, but I came in recently with my chinchilla for a second opinion as her condition was worsening & Dr. Amanda was so kind, caring and helpful during our exam. The CVT and front desk staff were also so kind with us.My chinchilla was drooling, favoring one side while eating and overall looked worrisome, and she wasn’t responding to previous treatments from a different vet, and Dr. Amanda confirmed my worry of dental issues and contacted another vet for me, who she knows has more experience in chinchilla dentals for another exam and for us to make a treatment plan with this other vet depending on what this other vet finds (thank you for being so open and honest).While our third visit with this other specialist didn’t have a good outcome, I’m thankful we were referred to them.I can’t thank Dr. Amanda enough for her empathy, kindness and honesty.“
