“Walked in 5 minutes late to my appointment after picking my son up from school and there was NO ONE inside other than the 2 stylists that were scheduled to cut our hair. They say they can’t do our cuts anymore because they “might” be late for the next scheduled appointment and have a fully booked day, so we are out of luck. 2 easy clipper cuts with nobody else in the store.Update: the owner of the salon called me and we discussed the issue. She was very apologetic. I was very impressed by her professionalism and quick response. Glad to see an owner who cares about their business enough to follow up on these reviews!Service: Haircut”
