Kay was great! I used to think that I had a complicated haircut that was hard to explain. Not for her. I said a few words, she said a few words, and then magic was done! Definitely coming back on Mondays to see her.

I had went in last week and was dissatisfied with my hair cut and came in the next day to get it fixed. I ended up with same gal and left dissatisfied again. Now a week later, I've spoken with the Gm and manager at this location. Both were very nice and understanding. I went in today and the manager Ashley evened out the spots that were troubling me. She updated my notes so I shouldn't have the same issue again. If you come to this location. I've always had awesome cuts by Sue and Amy and now Ashley. I really appreciate the time Ashely took to make feel at ease. I had never had to make a complaint before this and kinda felt stupid for bringing it up. So thank you again… read full review

It was a little of wait after booking online but it worth it. The hairstylist took the time to cut my hair and did it in a very professional way, more than I expected. I am a very happy with my haircut.
