“I had went in last week and was dissatisfied with my hair cut and came in the next day to get it fixed. I ended up with same gal and left dissatisfied again. Now a week later, I've spoken with the Gm and manager at this location. Both were very nice and understanding. I went in today and the manager Ashley evened out the spots that were troubling me. She updated my notes so I shouldn't have the same issue again. If you come to this location. I've always had awesome cuts by Sue and Amy and now Ashley.
