“My hair looks horrible, the whole experience was draining and spirit breaking. I never have had an experience like this with multiple women in a place be so mean. The one lady was gossiping horrible about me. I felt not so pretty after leaving. My highlights were orange. They refused to fix and the owner became aggressive and I hung up. Mackenzie left my hair a mess with orange highlights everywhere. I'm sad. I don't recommend. I had to hang up and end the call because of the aggression from the owner and that's not how I would like to communicate with a person. It's just not healthy. I left with my hair wet, that's how uncomfortable I was after hearing the gossip.i finally had to put my phone on record. I have before and after pictures. As well as the recording of my experience at the HIVE HAIR STUDIO. I will be sending to the better business bureau. Very unprofessional. ?”
