She found photos on her phone to show me and discuss options. Then she cut my hair very confidently and evenly. I have tried 6 different stylists in Cloquet and Duluth and finally found someone who cuts my hair exactly how I want it, after having the same stylists in the Twin Cities for 19 years.“

“My hair looks horrible, the whole experience was draining and spirit breaking. I never have had an experience like this with multiple women in a place be so mean. The one lady was gossiping horrible about me. I felt not so pretty after leaving. My highlights were orange. They refused to fix and the owner became aggressive and I hung up. Mackenzie left my hair a mess with orange highlights everywhere. I'm sad. I don't recommend. I had to hang up and end the call because of the aggression from the owner and that's not how I would like to communicate with a person. It's just not healthy.
