Wasn't too happy about being left in the chair for 5 minutes while the stylist waited on customers coming in. Also, Stylist wasn't trained on the Cost Cutter App. Asked how points would be populated into the App for my visit - told me to enter information from my receipt (total guess).

Staff is friendly and listens to what you want done. Easy to get into for a same day haircut with limited wait. Prices are great, they are the go to place for our entire family when it comes to hair cuts!

My 7 yr old grandson and I had our haircut here. Heather did awesome job on B and usually I have difficulty expressing what I want done but with my daughter's help explaining what I wanted she did an excellent job??
