I took my 5 year old to get a hair cut here and the service was above and beyond. I believe we had Mallory and she was so nice and patient with my daughter. She did a fantastic job on the cut. The price was decent as well. We'll be coming back! And you can schedule an appointment without having to walk in first.
I visited Ulta today and had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jade, She took the time to help me find products that fit exactly what I was looking for, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Customer service like hers is a big reason why I want to come back to this store. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work.
