Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing. The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. “I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have been meaning to write this review for many months but completely forgot to. Our A/C went out in July right before a heat wave was coming. I called every local company I could think of but nobody could come out quick enough and once they heard I had a main unit in the attic, they often refused.

I received a recommendation from another company to give Southside a call. Mark picked up right away and when I described the issue, he identified the likely issue correctly over the phone and said it was unlikely a tech would have to go into the attic to fix anyway. He told me if that fixed it to give them a call and they would cancel the visit and was as able to schedule someone to come out the next day.

Dima arrived bright and early the next day and within 20-30 minutes I had a new compressor covered by my warranty. Dima gave me great advice on annual AC maintenance as well.
