“WOW!! I have never been more impressed with a doctor’s office than I was today (and I am not one to leave reviews but this deserves to be told)!! Every single person that helped me was above and beyond kind, helpful, comforting, personable, and made me feel like I mattered. First, Lisa M. helped me get started running several thorough tests explaining everything to me with great care and knowledge. I felt bad about the number of questions I had for her and she took the time to go into detail and talk to me. Talking to her I felt like I had known her for years and I was talking to a friend. Next, I met with Dr. Krueser who was phenomenal!!! I couldn’t believe the amount of detail he went into AND the fact that it was the end of the day and I was clearly over my appointment time already that didn’t seem to bother him one bit. He had the best ”bedside manner” I have ever witnessed from a Doctor and spoke to me as a person; with care and genuine interest in the conversation. I felt like I was in great hands, I fully trusted his judgment, and actually enjoyed my time there learning so much! Since my appointment took a bit longer with all of my own questions and I was never hurried along or cut off, we were now approaching business close and I assumed I would just come back another day to pick out glasses but, no. Dr. Krueser himself, walked me back out to Taylor E. to pick out my glasses and made sure to relay any important information to her that I may have mentioned during my appointment to ensure I got everything I needed and had the assistance I needed. Taylor was FABULOUS!!!!! Let me tell you…..I thought I only know my style and nobody could help me choose a frame that I would like but she understood me more than I did myself! She thoroughly showed me options, never rushed me, offered even more options above and beyond what she had to do, and was honest. When you have never had to wear glasses before and at 42 now you do it’s a big deal and you want to feel like the person helping you isn’t fake, trying to just sell you something or hurry and get you out the door. This was NOT Taylor. Working with her honestly made me feel like I was in a designer store shopping with my friend for something fun. She was honest, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and here there was, the third person I interacted with during my appointment who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and good about my choices. I will hands down never go anywhere else for my eye care and will definitely spread the word about my experience to friends, family and acquaintances about my experience so others can get that same treatment and exceptional experience I received. Thank you to all of the staff at Goldsmith Eye Care in Prior Lake, MN for making this a memorable and comforting experience for me……the team sure is lucky to have you with them and to have the honor of working alongside you!!! “The actual care staff is top notch, they are on top of their game and are very caring towards their patients. They really do take the time to explain everything and ensure good understanding. The billing department on the other hand. Well, let’s just say this, their left hands aren’t even in the same hemisphere as their right hands. Everyone in the department seems to pass the buck to the next person, who in turn does the same thing. Have spoken to 7 different people throughout the day over a period of 9 hours and they still have not been able to perform the task. Absolutely ridiculous.“

“Dr. Jennifer Scott was so patient helping me adjust the prescription for my right eye. After a few attempts of not quite getting it right, she was so was patient, thorough, and made sure I felt supported in achieving the best correction possible.“

“I’ve been visiting this office for a few years for annual exam which proceeds fairly typically. Dr Cleary seems great, lab equipment seems up to date etc. What seems to be a problem in admin. Scheduling has been botched at times. And billing too. For example. My last appointment was 6/11/2025. All went well and was settled. Then a very scammy message showed up six months later. It’s claiming there’s an outstanding bill. You know…I have a mailbox. And I’m sure not clicking on links in scammy looking messages.

An in office visit today to check on the bill revealed it was $2.04 tax they weren’t sure if they were supposed to collect last year. Resolved maybe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️➡️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I had an eye exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses. My experience was fantastic. Jonaya helped me with the glasses and was very nice, helpful, and patient while I looked for the right frames. When I picked them up she adjusted them to fit perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Lee. I will definitely go back there and will have my family go as well.“

“Have noticed all of a sudden I couldn’t read simple things so deciding where to trust someone with all my eye health was overwhelming BUT I am so happy I found this eye clinic!
