I’ll get to my sarcastic recommendation at the end of my post. This place and everyone who works there: absolutely amazing. From the person who greets you at the door to the person who assists you to the door after your procedure is completed, every detail every concern is addressed. Of the three options I had for cataract removal, I chose the least expensive and I’m amazed at the light and colors I wasn’t seeing before. The only “pain” was the pin prick for the IV. Easy-peasy. I have one follow up exam left and then I’m done. Now, for my recommendation: when wheeled into the surgical center, I was surprised at the “music” being played: (c)rap rather than eye-themed music: Smoke Gets in Your Eyes (by any number of artists), These Eyes by Guess Who, Don’t It Make Your Brown Eyes Blue by Crystal Gale, Betty Davis Eyes by Kim Carnes. Perhaps the (c)rap being played is supposed to make patients want to be anesthetized. In my case it worked and, since the surgical team works there all day, they’re entitled to listen to whatever they choose. Still, I think they should at least consider my eye-themed suggestions. 😉 Bottom line: I’m thoroughly impressed and thoroughly recommend Chu Vision.
Very happy with the outcome of my cataract surgery beyond what I expected well trained technicians and people with people skills. I highly recommend Chu vision institute!
