Family Vision Clinic is a warm, caring environment with the very helpful, friendly, thorough staff from the minute you walk in the front door. The doctors are excellent and helped identify a potential problem with my vision and got me into a specialist quickly. They helped me pick frames that are flattering, and also helped me with contacts for the first time. They make you feel very comfortable!
The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. They are always very friendly and answer all my questions. They go the extra mile trying to find the frames that I like. Totally recommend Family Vision Clinic!
Family Vision Clinic has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced (medial or business). The staff is so knowledgeable (I’m always learning new things) and helpful. Each and every staff member excels at their job. The billing and scheduling is so easy and seamless as well.
