“THEY MADE MY LAPTOP LIVE AGAIN. I've had my msi gaming laptop since 2020, and after seeing 10 years worth of use from me in a 3 year span it seemingly died at the end of 2023. In February of 2024 I thought I'd take it in out of curiosity to see what part went out and they brought it back to life, no attempts at upcharging or screwing around, it was like I brought it to a family member to fix. I'm posting this review a year after I brought it in and my laptop is still alive and kicking. Thank you guys for your knowledge and expertise, I will forever recommend you to anyone I know.“
