Long wait despite using the service to save a space in line. Arrived and was told there was one person in front of me. 1.5 hours later I finally saw a healthcare provider. Doesn’t appear to be adequate staffing.
What a great place. Drs and nurses that know their stuff. Caught and diagnosed my congestive heart failure when I thought it was the flu. Never had to wait more than 15 mins to be seen. A+++ for this palce
Have been here a few times and always had a good experience. From admission to discharge, all staff has been friendly and accommodating and wait times have been short (the book ahead option isn’t always perfect but it’s better than anything offered anyplace else.) When reading some of these other reviews I can’t believe they are writing about the same place. As seniors, you are often dismissed as urgent care patients because your medical histories can be somewhat complex. Twice my husband has been saved from hospital admission by the care he received there. PA Ross Golla gave us exceptional care just recently.
