“In our most recent visit, my oldest son came in with broken glasses that were under warranty but discontinued. My son was heart broken because school is starting soon and he didn’t want to have broken glasses on his first day.

Jason from the lab and Stacy the optician really came through! They were able to find a new pair that matched my sons current lens and cut it and installed it in the new frame within 30 minutes of being there!

Not only did we find a new frame to replace my sons old pair, but we didn’t even have to order a new pair and wait a week or longer!

Praise God for Jason and Stacy, they were truly a blessing!

“I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“

The guy who answered the phone was so kind and considerate. And prompt in calling her back. After her horrific experience with the Connecticut eye dr that afternoon, she called me in tears. I called Plymouth Vision myself. The other receptionist was also so kind and helpful. Dr. Herman got on the phone and not only helped me to help her but offered to call her at school. “I had been having vision issues that began with my pregnancy. I came to Crystal Vision Clinic at the suggestion of a friend and I am so glad I did. The facility itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clean. Everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile. The technician (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was friendly and explained the tests she was performing so I understood the process. Dr. Endres was so professional and personable. I was educated about every step of my exam and even got to see images of my retina! I didn't feel rushed at all and he really took the time to explain his findings and to answer all my questions. Kimberly helped me pick out my frames and suggested enhancements to prevent breakage (which is a necessity with a 9 month old!). All in all a 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Crystal Vision Clinic!“
