We were doing laundry and noticed the basement floor drain was backing up. I booked an appointment online with another company, but they did not show up at the listed time and could not give me an ETA as to when someone would be out. I cancelled the appointment and found John's through Yelp. They answered the phone on the 2nd ring and Chachi came out within a couple of hours. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable! He went the extra mile to get our main sewer line cleaned out from tree roots and recommended we have it done annually to prevent this from happening going forward. I plan on doing this and will ask for them to send Chachi out. Highly recommend this place!

I visited Lola for a spray tan before a recent trip and had such a great experience! Even though I’ve had spray tans before, she still took the time to walk me through the process and explain the best aftercare tips to make it last. She helped choose the perfect shade, and it turned out natural looking and even. As someone with fair skin, I was nervous it might look orange or fake, but it was exactly the summer glow I was hoping for. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment. I highly recommend her services!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received from Rainbow restoration. After discovering a huge water leak at 01:30 on a Saturday morning, David got to our home by 3 AM .Once all of the fans and dehumidifiers were in place Warren and Levi came out the following Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and finally Thursday and removed all the fans. Warren and Levi were so kind , personal and professional ! I can’t thank them enough if I could give them 10 stars I would. Next week the project manager will be coming to the home to do the final inspection and mitigation. We will keep you posted.
We hired Be There Pest Control last fall to prevent mice from getting into our house, where we would eventually have to trap and kill them. We were trapping a mouse about once every two weeks all winter last year. A friendly and kind Be There technician came out and did a thorough job of finding and plugging the little hidden places where mice were getting in. I was skeptical because our house is old and I assumed there were a lot of places where mice could get in. Well, we haven't trapped a single mouse in the 3+ months since then. I'm thrilled and am happy to recommend them to anyone with a mouse problem.

This place is THE BEST. They explain everything so clearly and answer all your questions. My cat had to come in suddenly for something kind of serious so they worked around appointments to see him. Dr H. and Dr N. both were SO NICE AND GENUINE. I was getting emotional worried about my cat and one of the reception lady gave me a room alone to contain myself. The vet techs explained what was happening as well. Never experienced such kind and genuine staff. They genuinely care and help your pet in every way they can.

We hired Apple Exteriors to replace my mother's roof a few weeks ago and I'm completely satisfied with my experience working with this company to help get the job done! From start to finish, the communication, follow ups and follow through were clear and timely with no hang ups along the way. The associate Mike, who was our main point of contact made everything come together in a very personable and professional manner. He was extremely genuine in regards to our questions, concerns, and particular interests for the replacement and went above and beyond to see them come into fruition. Id be more than willing to use Apple Exteriors again in the future simply due to his admirable work ethic and they way he treated all of his fellow employees that he was supervising. I truly appreciate all of the patience and kindness he extended to my mother in reassuring her that Apple Exteriors stood by their wormanship and that they were the right choice in undertaking such a stressful replacement. (Unfortunately, insurance was not covering the cost due to the defective shingles that were previously installed...) Not only was the price we received the best out of 5 different quotes, but the quality was exceptional with no shortcuts. When it came time to strip all of the old shingles, replace the flashing, and put on some new decking / shingles on both the garage and house, the crew knocked the entire project out in a single day! They left no trash or scraps behind which was another huge relief.
