“Nate, Terry and the team at Frontier Custom Build did an amazing job with a major renovation on our home last year! They tore out the entire kitchen, opened up the main level by moving the wall and stairs in the middle of the footprint and put it all back together with care and quality. The job they did on feathering the original wood floor with the new is impressive!
They finished the project in January of 2024, on schedule and on budget. They managed our expectations EVERY step of the way.

You might ask why I waited a whole year plus to provide a review? Well, because we wanted to make sure that there were no issues with the result over time. We had one, the weight of the island upstairs was resulting in a minor sagging of the floor. We called them up and informed them of it. They came out and fixed it for us within three weeks and put everything back together again just as it was.

I am incredibly grateful to the FCB team and the amazing work they did on our home. It is fresh, beautiful and modern and, for one of the biggest investments we have made in our lives, they handled the entire project with respect and value. “We hired Peter from Chip Bauer Construction Inc to manage the finishing of our basement. He was with us every step of the way; helping us envision what the blank canvas could be, working with the bank to help us get our loan, coordinating the subcontractors (though he and Tyler did a lot of phenomenal work themselves), responding to questions or changes, and even following up with us to check to see how everything was going months after the project ended.

Inevitably, with a project of this size, our plans didn't always work out 100% the way we intended, and Peter was an invaluable resource when we experienced any hiccups. His expertise and problem-solving skills saved the day on more than one occasion, and he always had the right fix for the right obstacle at the right time. He even provided us guidance on some upkeep questions completely unrelated to this project.

Above all, Peter was a very personable and excellent communicator. We always knew who was coming and going on which day, and what they were doing -- incredibly helpful information with 4 kids and my wife and I both working full-time jobs!

“Reached out for quotes from 3 local companies for a 30x44x14 outbuilding (insulated, in-floor heat, A/C). Morton's salesman (Rich) was first to respond (the other two took over 4 weeks to even give me a call back). Rich was patient with me as we made some customizations to the exterior design, stairs/loft and then sent out an amazing crew to bring it to life. A special shout out to the Morton builiders - Travis, Kyle and Wesley...man, these guys were the ultimate attention-to-detail craftsmen. They worked their tails off and were more than willing to make some modifications for our loft/stair case and were always professional, polite and kept the work area cleaned-up. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing and I would absolutely request that the Bemboom boys build it. Top shelf all the way around. Highly recommend.“
