Nick is wonderful to work with. Every time we needed something Nick was right there for us, evenings and weekends he was available to make sure we were all set. Any potential issues that arose during the project were handled, by Nick and his team, swiftly and skillfully. I can not recommend this company enough. Nick did wonderful job with all other contractors as well, including us.

TOP NOTCH general contracting company that has always delivered on its word. After multiple years of watching them tackle the biggest jobs with awesome results we would always use them on multiple property projects.
Schoenfelder Renovations is completing unit renovations at an apartment complex that I manage. This is such a complex and fast paced project demanding a hands on and organized contractor to get the job done. Marty Kaye is our Project Manager and he has been such a pleasure to work with. He does a fabulous job communicating, he is organized, has a positive attitude, and just gets things done! Since he took over, my stress level has decreased immensely. Highly Recommend!
