I use the pilgrim at Ridgedale in MINNETONKA and I think their service is professional and always on time. The store manager, Odin, is always a welcome site. He is friendly and remembers me and treats me like a cherished guest. I have no complaints but I do hope pilgrim continues offering their candy because I’ve heard through the rumor mill that it is going away and they will only have stupid mints which nobody likes. Keep the Tootsie rolls! and Odin deserves all the credit for being a terrific store manager.

Huge shout out to the team at Pilgrim over by Ridgedale! Their team demonstrated an above and beyond approach to customer service by going out of their way to enable a rather non-routine store pickup. This is the exact value that only a local dry cleaner can offer. Customer for life!

They are always quick and professional. I don’t use dry cleaning services more than about once a year, but I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ll be back!
