Usually service is pretty good but the last time I went my white shirts have black stains and one of my grey shirts looks like it was pressed with one of my patterned shirts because I can literally see the pattern on my grey shirts.I haven't gone since but willing to give them another chance.

I'd been coming before covid and loved the experience of walking in to a bright, light and clean environment. After covid they put up black lockers across the front leaving only a single opening to the back. It's dark and uninviting. At best they could've kept the lockers white!! It's affecting the employees too. They lost their smiles and cheerfulness. This said, it is convenient to me and service is reasonable but It is a downer to walk in.

I took my favorite sweater to CD for cleaning. It had a stain that 2 previous cleaners had been unable to remove. CD got rid of it. 2 day service, perfect result. Highest rating possible from me.
