B&D replaced my AC and Furnace. Tech offered a four option quote. No salesmanship, just transparency and options. Installation happened within a couple of days of the agreement. The installers were nice. Their work was clean and organized. I no longer have the gas line rattle that plagued my previous unit. I had received quotes from multiple HVAC companies. They were all remarkably similar, price wise. Went with this one because of the options and my gut-check said it was the right call. Glad I did.
Had 2 crews of people to replace my furnace , AC , water heater and water softener Alex and Devon ( HVAC ) Russel and Zack ( Plumbing ) . Both crews did a superb job removing and installing the units , would highly recommend both teams to do future work . THANKS
Needing A/C help on hot days is not fun, but having confidence in the both the technical and consumer professionalism at least wasn't adding to my sweat. Nothing is cheap these days but Eric was extremely detailed in the answers to my questions and explanations of the work so I do feel like I got my money's worth.
