Needing A/C help on hot days is not fun, but having confidence in the both the technical and consumer professionalism at least wasn't adding to my sweat. Nothing is cheap these days but Eric was extremely detailed in the answers to my questions and explanations of the work so I do feel like I got my money's worth.
My AC unit was overheating and my Air Exchanger was giving an error code. I assumed that since it was installed by B&D I would just have them fix it and it would be covered under warranty. Let me tell you what is not covered under warranty. Apparently when you have giant dogs and they shed constantly, the hair flows through the AC system and finally ends up in the Air Exchanger. The technician found the issue quickly and was able to clear a dogs worth of hair out of it and got it running. Also not covered under warranty, is all the dirt that cloogged the condensor.
