When my mother had passed away a year before,she had set up plans with Washburn- McReavy . My brother Jim had taking care of any other paperwork or questions that needed answering . I believe at that time
he had set up his funeral arrangements a d plan . When he became ill I was able to move forward and pay the balance off ,which eased my mind moving forward .
When Jim passed ,you were very professional ,quick in reaching out to me ,answering any questions I had and then helping me go through any thing else that needed taking care of . Washburn-McReavy provided excellent service to our family to arrange our mother's viewing, cremation and memorial service. The funeral director and staff were highly professional, capable, responsive, and genuinely empathetic for our family's loss. They provided excellent guidance and follow through on all communication and logistics related to the service, including coordination of services provided by the cemetery and other service providers. I highly recommend them.
