so friendly and helpful! the shop is very small, but he allowed me to sit and wait while he worked. took my phone in at 8:15ish, left with it fully repaired by 8:40. if you don't want to sit and wait, the rest of the mall is friendly and lively. the first floor cafes have really good tea, and very friendly staff as well! :)

Price was very good, quality of work seems very good from what I can tell. He replaced the battery in my Google Pixel, and its ability to hold a charge is much improved. Parking was difficult. You're definitely stepping into East Africa at the mall. It's a little shop, nothing fancy--just what the doctor ordered.

Had my mom's Galaxy S22 Ultra fixed here after she had dropped it and the screen was flashing green. The screen was replaced for a good deal and everything was great after until we realized the volume down button wasn't working when we got home. We were told to check if everything was working well before leaving but we forgot about the buttons. We called the repair guy and he said to not stress and bring it back, which we did and it was fixed for free this time. Everything is working great now, Thank you!
