I have an appointment with them at 4:45, and everyone is super busy. I was sitting and wasted half an hour. Very disappointed:( I didn’t have anything done. Even though the staffs are nice but I feel so bad.

Diane does great nails& eyebrows. The customer service here is NOT GOOD! I told them if I wasn't "SAVED" I would have told them something and it would not have been good! Instead I let them know they need to work on there customer service skills, including the owner (MAN).

I've included a photo of their new prices. The prices on the website are much less and inaccurate. I drove here because of the website prices and experienced 'sticker-shock'. I appreciated that they have everyone wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival.
