About Titanium Performance

Titanium Performance offers evidence-based strength training routines in an efficient, safe, and effective manner. With only two 45-minute sessions per week, clients can expect to feel stronger, look leaner, and have more energy, similar to the results of a 6-day per week routine. The gym is led by experienced trainers, including Tyler McCarthy and Morgan, who are knowledgeable, motivating, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals. The trainers take a personalized approach, educating clients on proper form and technique, and pushing them to reach their limits in a supportive and comfortable environment.

    Titanium Performance is built different! Tyler McCarthy is that difference maker and I am forever thankful for the experience he gave me in strength training. I trained at this gym for over a year and a half. The only reason I left was because work took me out of Minnesota. Prior to working out at Titanium Performance the gym was an intimidating place where I just never felt comfortable. In my time with Tyler he taught me countless lessons about strength training including how to keep my body safe while working towards my goals. He was aware of my limits each session and somehow kept me pushing those limits to expand them a little further each time to help me achieve what I was looking for. Looking back at my time with Titanium Performance, I have never been so proud of what I was able to accomplish and Tyler was the reason for that. Hands down, you will not be disappointed after a session with Tyler. I give the highest recommendation from my time with Titanium Performance. I now live in a metro area twice the size of MSP and I simply cannot find anything close to what Tyler gave me during my time there. You will not be disappointed!

    I started FaceTime workouts from home with Tyler two weeks ago. Trust me he's as focused on me working hard now was he is in person! Expect to have to recover between some of the exercises, which of course means good things are happening. I'm almost 70. If I can get real benefits done during the virus and make re-entry less painful, I'm doing it! Brad Sleeper
