I have used Ross for over 25 years. He has replaced water heaters, toilets, garbage disposal, faucets and everything in between. He is always on call and his response time is very impressive. My water heater went out (leaking on floor). I called Ross Plumbing at 12:30 on Tuesday. He stopped by Tuesday evening to look at the utility room. He returned at 12:30 on Wednesday with a new water heater. It was installed and operational by 2:30 (the old water heater was disconnected and removed on Tuesday). The new water heater is higher quality than the old water heater, and he brought the incoming and outgoing water pipes into current plumbing codes (they were missing some sort of "couplings"). We had hot water within an hour. I paid what I expected for a professional installation that was performed within 24 hours of my phone call. He was courteous and personable....read full review
