Called them about a leak coming from our water heater. Mark talked on the phone with me for about 30 minutes troubleshooting until we figured out the problem. Great service and treat their customers really well.
My water heater went out today. I called RightMark and talked to Mark, I think the owner. We determined that the pilot light had gone out and he walked my through the process of relighting it. I offered to pay, but he refused despite spending 15-20 minutes of his time. I quickly had hot water.
Mark was very helpful, specific in his instructions, and saved me $200 service call.
I can't be grateful enough to solve the problem so quickly.
We had fantastic service today with plumber, Terry, from Right Mark Plumbing. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and attentive to our needs. He answered all of my questions.
