I heard about Open Minds years ago and was always interested. Finally, I went to a workshop, and I am a devotee. Koreen is a goddess with a gift for seeing and bringing out the authenticity in everyone. I left the workshop feeling encouraged, empowered, and enlightened.

Went to Dark Yoga Friday night and it was excellent. It was a really chill vibe with the trance music, candlelit studio and cedar burning. As a novice yogi I didnt find it too difficult to follow along but I think some experience helps :) Will definitely go back!

I have been practicing at Open Minds for over a year. I have enjoyed every class and the teachers are exceptional. Koreen is a FANTASTIC BUTI Yoga instructor. I feel empowered and strong when I take her classes. I have also done the Earth Goddess Retreats and appreciate the experience and the education those unique days provide. I highly recommend this studio!!!!
